How boarding days are charged
Charges begin on the first day regardless of arrival time. Each additional daily charge begins at 11:00 a.m.
Public drop-off and pickup windows
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00–11:00 a.m. and 3:00–6:00 p.m.
- Saturday
- 9:00–11:00 a.m. and 3:00–6:00 p.m.
- Sunday
- 3:00–6:00 p.m. only
The kennel is closed to the public midday so attention can remain focused on the animals in its care.
What to expect
Cats stay in a separate cat room with individual units that are cleaned and sanitized daily. The room includes natural light from a window and a cat tree.
Individual spaces
The separate cat room contains 15 individual units, each approximately 2 ft deep × 4 ft long.
Respectful interaction
Share how your cat responds to attention, handling, unfamiliar surroundings, and changes in routine.
Individual rotation when available
Depending on occupancy and availability, cats staying longer may receive individual rotation time outside their units.
Preparing for your cat’s stay
- Provide current rabies and FVRCP/combination vaccination documentation.
- Complete required vaccinations at least 72 hours before boarding.
- Bring labeled food and feeding instructions. Owners are strongly encouraged to bring their cat’s own food.
- Supply prescription medication and provide medication or special-care information.
- Bring a small familiar item when appropriate and when unit space permits.
- Cats must be flea-and-tick-free.
Label belongings with the owner’s last name.
