How boarding days are charged
Charges begin on the first day regardless of arrival time. Each additional daily charge begins at 11:00 a.m.
Public drop-off and pickup windows
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00–11:00 a.m. and 3:00–6:00 p.m.
- Saturday
- 9:00–11:00 a.m. and 3:00–6:00 p.m.
- Sunday
- 3:00–6:00 p.m. only
The kennel is closed to the public midday so attention can remain focused on the animals in its care.
What to expect
Each dog stays in a private run with an indoor area and a connected covered outdoor area. Runs are cleaned and sanitized daily. Dogs are not placed in group play.
Private accommodations
A private indoor area approximately 4 × 4 ft connects to a covered outdoor area approximately 4 × 10 ft.
Individual care information
Share feeding, medication, temperament, routine, and comfort information before the stay.
Separate exercise when available
Depending on occupancy and availability, dogs staying longer may receive separate exercise time in a secure gravel area.
Preparing for your dog’s stay
- Provide current rabies, distemper/parvo combination, and Bordetella vaccination documentation.
- Complete required vaccinations at least 72 hours before boarding.
- Bring labeled food and feeding instructions. Owners are strongly encouraged to bring their dog’s own food.
- Supply prescription medication and provide medication or special-care information.
- Bring a small labeled bedding item or toy when appropriate and when run space permits. Beanbags are not permitted.
- Dogs must be flea-and-tick-free.
Label belongings with the owner’s last name.
Facility and routine details
- Indoor areas are temperature controlled, with fans used during summer.
- Runs are cleaned and sanitized daily.
- Dogs are not placed in group play.
- Feeding generally occurs during closed hours around 2:00 p.m.
- Dogs otherwise remain in their private quarters as much as possible for safety and security.
- Separate exercise is available only when occupancy and availability permit; it is not guaranteed.
